John, who directs FIRM’s sales and marketing operations in the Western United States, has more than 25 years of health care sales, sales management, and revenue cycle consulting expertise.
Over his career, John has worked for a variety of industry leading revenue cycle companies, developing expertise in the self-pay and third-party reimbursement disciplines. He has focused on creating value-based relationships and developing revenue recovery services for some of the nation’s largest hospitals and health systems.
John, who received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, has been an active member of HFMA since 1987. He has received each of the Founders Medal Awards and is a past president of the Northern California chapter. John is an active member of Rotary International and is a Paul Harris Fellow.
